Refund Policy

Feste will accept returns 15 days after the receipt of your purchase for a full refund, minus the price of return shipping. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. À la carte items must be returned in the original packaging. Scenes can be returned opened, though the condition of the products must be in the same condition as you received it. Products cannot be used, removed from its vendor packaging or damaged in any way. Scenes must be returned in their entirety and must have all items included to be eligible for refund. If you have any questions, please let us know at

Our Vintage items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. If you’d like to know more about the condition of an item in advance of purchasing, please email, and we’ll make sure you have the information you need.
