Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?

We get it. Sometimes you change your mind. If, for any reason, you would like to cancel an order you have placed online, please contact us immediately. As long as we have not shipped your items, we can cancel your order.  Send us a note as soon as possible to concierge@lovefeste.com. 

Do you have any gifting services?

We love a gift. Let your friends pick their own Feste adventure with our Feste Gift Cards! You can grab one right here or pick up one in store. Digital Gift Cards will be emailed directly to you. You will receive the digital gift card within 24 hours and you can send it to the recipient or print it. Thoughtful gifting as easy as add to cart. Digital and physical gift cards can be used both in store or online.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We’re ready to make Martha proud. We are working hard to offer sustainable gift-wrapping options in the near future. Don’t worry—our shipping packaging is sure to surprise and delight.

What payment methods does Feste accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments. 

What is Installments by Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.

Does Shop Pay installments impact my credit score?

When using Shop Pay installments, there will be no impact to your credit score since Affirm doesn't conduct a hard credit pull or report to the credit bureaus. However, late payments and non-payments may affect your ability to pay with Shop Pay installments in the future.

How does the payments schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. 

How do I manage my payments for Shop Pay installments?

You can log in to Shop Pay to view your order history and payment status for orders that are paid in installments with Shop Pay.

Are there late fees with Shop Pay?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What happens if I pay with Shop Pay installments and then return items or cancel my order?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments by Shop Pay?

Shop Pay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping timeframe after you complete your order online.

Regular/Economy delivery: 5-8 business days
Standard delivery: 2-3 business
Express delivery: 1-2 business days

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24-48 hours from our warehouse or directly from our store. Should your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at variable times based on availability. We do not currently accept international orders.

*Express or overnight orders placed after 10 am EST will ship on the next business day.

Due to COVID-19 and delays in the global supply chain, we ask for your patience. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.  During promotional or holiday weeks, your order may ship within 5 business days.

Where does your product ship from?

Most of our orders will ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York.  We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Some orders, including all Vintage orders, will ship directly from our store location in Manhattan. Due to availability, orders may be partially fulfilled at both locations.

How much does shipping cost?

Sending disco balls, barware, and Vintage busts requires a shipping partner who knows that delight is in the details, which is why we’re proud to work with the experts at UPS and USPS. Our shipping costs are based on multiple factors including weight, dimensions of the product, and any extra care needed to ensure it arrives safely to you.

Additional Charges

The additional fee listed under an item description is a special handling charge assigned to that particular item due to size or other qualities that require extra care during shipping. This fee is added to the regular shipping charges detailed in the chart above.

How big is a Scene?

A scene includes everything you need to throw your best party yet. The Scene is set in a keepsake box that measures 23in x 14in x 15in (about the size of that easy bake oven you’ve always wanted but no one ever bought you.)

Do you have store locations?

Our Flagship store in SoHo opened in April 2022 and is located at 39 1/2 Crosby Street. Visit the Our Shop page for more details. No need to RSVP, you’re invited.

Where can I find your products?

We’ve created an online experience to help you get together offline, but we’re equally committed to creating spaces to gather.  We opened our Flagship store in SoHo in April 2022. No need to RSVP, you’re invited.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

Occasionally, we offer promotional codes—treat yourself to some extra flowers! You can add the code to your order at checkout or ask to apply it in store. Online, you'll find a box on the right side of the screen above your order’s subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount. In store, just let your sales associate know you'd like to use the discount code.

One discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order.

Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions include gift cards, Scenes, Vintage items, or items that are on sale.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what’s in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or an expiration date. Discount codes are also only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions apply, including but not limited to: Gift Cards, Scenes, and Vintage.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Feste will accept returns 15 days after the receipt of your purchase for a full refund, minus the price of return shipping if you purchased online. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items purchased online can be returned in store or vice versa if you're within the 15 day period from purchase. Mailing instructions for returning items directly to our warehouse are below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. À la carte items must be returned in the original packaging. Scenes can be returned opened, though the condition of the products must be in the same condition as you received it. Products cannot be used, removed from its vendor packaging or damaged in any way. Scenes must be returned in their entirety and must have all items included to be eligible for refund. If you have any questions, please let us know at concierge@lovefeste.com.

Our Vintage items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. If you’d like to know more about the condition of an item in advance of purchasing, please email concierge@lovefeste.com, and we’ll make sure you have the information you need.

We are only able to accept returns from order placed directly online at www.lovefeste.com or purchased in our shop.

If an item is marked Final Sale, prices are as marked, and all sales are final. For any questions, please reach out to concierge@lovefeste.com!

How much do returns cost?

You will be refunded for the full price of your purchase in your original form of payment if your return is within 15 days of receipt, minus the cost of return shipping.

Where can I find my return shipping label?

To initiate a return, please email concierge@lovefeste.com and we would be happy to assist. We will email you a return label after we review your order. Once the item is returned to us, we will reimburse your order to the original method of payment.

What do I do if an item I received is damaged?

We’re so sorry you received a damaged item.  We are here to help. Just send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your product, and we will gladly replace it. 

How do I return / exchange a gift?

Gifts can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a gift card. To find something that’s more your style, email concierge@lovefeste.com.

If you’re having trouble tracking down details from the original order, our team is happy to help. Just send us a note at concierge@lovefeste.com with info about the friendly person who gifted you Feste and what you’d like to send back

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

If you need an exchange for a purchase online, you will need to fully complete a return and we will issue you a new item.

If you are being issued a refund, please be aware that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

If you want to exchange a product in store, please bring your receipt and we'd be happy to help you exchange your order from something that better suits your taste!

What happens if an item is on backorder?

You will be notified as soon as possible if an item you ordered is on backorder. We will provide you with a projected date for when we expect to have your item in stock again and keep you informed of any updates or changes. Your backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive it.

How do I return an item I paid for with Shop Pay Installments?

If you’re returning an item you paid for with Shop Pay Installments, the process is the same as for a regular purchase. Please use the return shipping slip included in your original package. You will only be refunded the amount you have paid toward your installments.

Sustainability
What is Feste doing to help the planet?

Sustainability is at the core of how we've built the brand; we want to keep the party going for everyone. The party industry has a reputation for being disposable, and we’re here to change that with our approach to curating keepsake items that you can turn to party after party.

Sustainability is foundational to our infrastructure and a meaningful part of our future. While there are many pillars of sustainability, we are especially focused on making an impact where we feel are the two most impactful areas: transportation and waste. It was immediately clear that we wanted our packaging to be made from post-consumer recycled materials and be fully recyclable once the party's over. Our scene boxes and ecommerce boxes are all made from PCR corrugate, fully recyclable, and made and printed locally! Our warehouse is also local, so our packaging only spends about an hour on the road to get to our facility. No air shipping needed.

Additionally, we have cultivated and are always evolving our vendor network, ensuring we have options that are sourced and made locally, use natural and environmentally friendly materials, and are made by artisans.
