This Bordeaux is crafted from organic grapes picked in 2009 and aged at the Chateau Massereau winery until ready to drink. In this case, Cuvée K' Bordeaux Supérieur was released in the US in 2021. The process makes for a classic old-school Bordeaux with depth, complexity and age-imparted savory flavors like tobacco and leather, along with sweeter notes like blackberry, plum and chocolate. We suggest decanting for an hour and pairing with a classic meal of meat and potatoes.
