Château Massereau, 'Cuvée K' Bordeaux Supérieur 2009

This Bordeaux is crafted from organic grapes picked in 2009 and aged at the Chateau Massereau winery until ready to drink. In this case, Cuvée K' Bordeaux Supérieur was released in the US in 2021. The process makes for a classic old-school Bordeaux with depth, complexity and age-imparted savory flavors like tobacco and leather, along with sweeter notes like blackberry, plum and chocolate. We suggest decanting for an hour and pairing with a classic meal of meat and potatoes.
Pian dell'Orino, Piandorino 2019

A light and refreshing red, Pian dell'Orino is perfect for everyday drinking. Our favorite kind of drinking. Coming from the youngest vines in the Pian dell'Orino estate in Tuscany, this sangiovese tastes like tart fruit and savory herbs. Young vines are like young people: Very active and more playful than serious. We think this pairs well with any red meat.
Pierre Moncuit, Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru 2008

This is a true 2008 Blanc de Blancs – made solely with chardonnay from 2008 that has developed brown butter and nutty flavors with age, while still retaining the refreshing citrus-y notes that make it incredibly food-friendly. You’ll like this wine if you like Krug and Dom Perignon, with notes of lemon, apricot and fresh-baked biscuits. Try serving in a normal wine glass instead of a champagne flute to take full advantage of the aromas. Enjoy with lobster, caviar or our favorite: fried chicken.
